If you want sex, seek first to be a real man--a gentleman--who honors his parents, her parents, and her.
Seek her honorably and put her needs first and foremost above your own continually and steadfastly. Woo her and romance her out of sincere, unselfish affection until you either decide you want to share your life with her, or you don't think she is the right woman for you to be with.
If the former, propose (and if she says yes), marry her, you can both happily enjoy your marital rights!
If the latter, continue seeking to be a good and honorable man of society and if/when you've set your sights on a different woman of strong values and good character, repeat the process...

Don't ever, EVER pursue a girl for sex alone, or as the primary means. Whether you know it or not, admit it or not, you're hurting yourself as well as anyone and everyone you have sex with. Perhaps even more people than those. It feels good in the moment, but how long does that "feel good" feeling last before darkness and emptiness sets in?
